Relationship Therapy

Connection takes courage.
This is a space to explore your dynamic with curiousity, deepen emotional intimacy, and create new ways of relating rooted in respect and authenticity.

About Relationship Therapy

  • Guided by emotionally focused therapy (EFT)

  • A beautifully blended theoretical approach that combines attachment theory, person-centred principles, and a systemic framework to help couples, throuples, and beyond, identify negative interaction cycles, understand the emotions beneath them, and restore a secure connection

50-Minute or 75-Minute Session Formats

You may choose between two formats depending on your needs and the size of your relationship system.

50-Minute Psychotherapy Sessions

A focused space for relational work, guided by emotionally focused therapy. Sessions follow the natural rhythm of what partners bring; there is always a flow, but you lead it. This format works well for couples who are newer to therapy or working through a specific relational focus.

75-Minute Psychotherapy Sessions

A longer format that creates more room for the work that relationship therapy asks of us. When more than one person is in the room, more time allows each partner to be fully heard and for deeper emotional processing to unfold without rushing. These sessions often include:

  • Extended time for EFT-guided conversation, with space for each partner to express and be received at their own pace

  • When needed, grounding practices such as breathwork are introduced with the consent of all partners.

Common Themes Explored

Relational Repair, Clarity & Communication

  • Rebuilding trust and increasing emotional intimacy

  • Clarifying relationship values, agreements, and roles

  • Supporting identity shifts within the relationship
