Welcome to
Belle Love
Integrative Therapy
An honest space for bold hearts and complex stories
For individuals, couples, and beyond seeking more intentional ways to live, love, and connect.
Practice Philosophy
Most of us spend years living a life we didn't exactly choose.
We learned who to be, how to love, what to want from family, culture, and relationships that shaped us before we knew we were being shaped. And somewhere in that process, many of us lost the thread back to ourselves. Not all at once. Gradually. In the small surrenders we made to belong, to be loved, to fit the script we were given.
What we often call depression, anxiety, the quiet feeling that something is wrong but hard to name, these are frequently the symptoms of that disconnection. The self, asking to be found.
My work begins there. In the question of who you actually are, beneath all of it.
Because I believe everything else builds from that place: how you love, who you love, how you connect, what kind of life actually feels like yours. Not the life you inherited. The one you choose, with full knowledge of yourself as the person doing the choosing.
I believe love is not what we were taught it was. It does not ask you to shrink. It does not compete with your freedom or your becoming. Real love, the kind worth building, deepens who you are rather than requiring you to disappear inside it.
I work with those who carry complexity, feel deeply, live boldly, and often wonder where they truly belong. My work is about helping you explore attachment, identity, autonomy, values, and the experiences that have shaped you. Not to tell you who you should be or how you should live, but to help you understand yourself more deeply and make choices that feel like your own.
You may carry shame, live with fear of judgment, or feel that parts of you need to stay hidden. In this space, we gently bring those parts forward. You don't have to choose between the light and the shadow. You get to be whole.
For over 20 years, I've been immersed in subcultures that challenge societal norms. With both lived and academic experience in alternative communities and relationship structures, I'm here for those whose identities, desires, relationships, or life experiences don't always fit the script.
Whether your path leads to conscious monogamy, ethical non-monogamy, a relationship structure entirely your own, or simply a deeper understanding of yourself, there isn't one right way to live or love. In this space, consciousness and ethics aren't structures I hand you. They're conversations about what each of these means to you, inside the relationships you're building and within the life you're choosing.
And it should feel like yours.
Integrative,
Evidence-Based
Approaches
Humanistic, Person-Centred Therapy (PCT): Rooted in empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, we co-create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Identifying and reshaping thought patterns and behaviours that no longer serve you.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): Deepening emotional connection and creating lasting change in your relationships.
Jungian Psychoanalysis: Drawing from Carl Jung’s work, I integrate shadow work, archetypal exploration, and the process of individuation to support deeper self-understanding, integration, and authenticity. I also draw on his theory of psychological types, using tools like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator as a reflective framework to explore how you think, relate, and respond, both within yourself and in your relationships.
Existential Exploration: Reflecting on purpose, values, and identity to support alignment during life transitions or uncertainty.
Somatic Awareness: Body-based therapy using mindfulness tools such as EFT Tapping and breathwork to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and reconnection with your inner wisdom.
Symbolic Interactionism: Grounded in the understanding that meaning is shaped by social interaction, this framework provides insight into how your identity, roles, and beliefs have been influenced and can evolve.
